Sign up and we generate an address that belongs only to you. Nothing else in your mailbox is ever visible to us.
Add the address to your email account and create a filter for subscription keywords. Every matching receipt from then on forwards automatically, and we read the merchant, amount, billing period and renewal date from it. Prefer to type? Search our catalogue of our service catalogue and the name, category and typical price fill themselves in.
Choose how many days of warning you want. When you decide to drop something, open the cancellation guide and we walk you through it. Your filter only catches new mail — so to fill your dashboard today, forward a few receipts you already have, or add them by hand.
Use either one, or both. There is no bank connection and we never sign in to your mailbox.
Add your private address to Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Proton or Fastmail and switch on one keyword filter. From then on, matching receipts forward themselves and appear in your dashboard without you doing anything.
Worth knowing: a filter only catches mail that arrives after you set it up. No email provider will forward your existing inbox.
Forward any receipt to that same address and it’s read and added in about a minute — including receipts already sitting in your inbox. Search “receipt” or “subscription” in your mail, forward a few, and your dashboard fills up straight away.
Prefer no email at all? Search our service catalogue to fill in name, category, typical price and cancellation link, or type it in yourself.
We work from the receipts you forward us and the entries you type. There is no bank link to authorise and no mailbox to grant access to.
Pick your own lead time in Settings and we email you before a subscription renews — early enough to actually do something about it.
See your real monthly total, per currency, with yearly and quarterly plans normalised so the number means something.
