Step-by-step instructions

Go to chat.openai.com and sign in to your account.

Click your profile icon in the bottom-left, then select 'Settings'.

Click 'Subscription' or 'Manage my subscription'.

Click 'Cancel plan' and confirm. You keep Plus access until the billing period ends.
